CONTEST "Tic Tac Boom - Guess & Win"

These rules set out the special conditions and the practical details specific to the Contest ”Tic Tac Boom - Guess & Win”.  For all other matters, please refer to the General Competition Rules of the Company, which are attached and form an integral part hereof and are available at https://www.circus-casino.be/en/n/legal/competition-rules.

Participation in this Contest constitutes full and unreserved acknowledgement and acceptance of these special rules and the General Competition Rules. No dispute will be accepted.

A.    Name of the contest: Tic Tac Boom - Guess & Win contest

B.    Organizer: GAMBLING MANAGEMENT S.A., with its head office at 4000 Liège, Rue des Guillemins 129, BCE number 0859.984.677 (hereinafter the “Company”).

C.   Date of the contest: From 16/05/2025 to 30/05/2025.

D.   Location of the contest: www.circus-casino.be

E.    Territorial limits: Belgian territories.

F.    Conditions for participation:

-          Be at least 21 years old to be able to take part in the Contest.

-          Registration and creation of a player account at www.circus-casino.be.

G.   The running of the contest

1.        The running of the Contest:

During the promotion period, participants can try to answer a knowledge question every day.

The answer to find will be a four-digit number. The number to find will be different every day.

Participants will submit their answers using the questionnaire provided on the dedicated page.

Each player is allowed one attempt per day to submit a response.

The game is accessible for free and only to people who are registered on https://www.circus.be/en/casino and who reside in Belgium.

Any incorrect or fraudulent entries will automatically invalidate a player's participation.     

2.        Determining a winner(s) and attributing prizes:

Every day, the players who correctly answer the question will share the €2,000 prize pool.

The winnings will be credited to the winners’ Circus Casino accounts within 72 hours after the end of the promotion.

The contest prizes will only be awarded to participants who have a Circus Casino account that is valid, trusted (copy of the identity card sent and validated by Circus) and open before the closing date of the Competition.

Non-exchangeable reward.

*To be eligible for the reward, the player must be considered active on www.circus-casino.be. (Player with Activity on the www.circus-casino.be platform during the last three months).

Activity: The fact that the Player has won at least one Point over the last month.

Points: Unit measuring Player Activity. That increases the Player’s Status as defined below. In the online casino games, you get 1 Point when you bet:

• €10 on dice games or slot machines during the same session

• €30 on roulette, video poker or blackjack during the same session

H.   Personal data protection

The participants' personal data communicated to the Company as part of this promotion is processed by the Company for marketing purposes (marketing related to offering new games and bets online, including sending text messages, telephone calls, paper or electronic newsletters).

The Company devotes the greatest care to the protection of personal data that the participants provide. By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge having read and agreed to the terms and conditions for processing of personal data defined in the Privacy Policy available here: https://www.circus-casino.be/en/n/legal/privacy.

Participants are informed that their names and contact details will be processed according to the terms and conditions set forth in the aforementioned Privacy Policy. This data will be included in an address file that may be made available to third parties and/or that may be used internally or for commercial purposes (“direct marketing”).

Any participant can request a copy of the data concerning them and have it rectified. They may, at their request and free of charge, oppose the processing of data concerning them by the Company.

Any request regarding the processing or the protection of personal data and the exercise of any rights to such data, should be sent to the following address: [email protected] and/or [email protected]. The interested party must attach to their deriving application the exact content of the right they wish to exercise, their contact details and address, and a legible copy of their identity card or passport.
