Responsible gaming with ROBIN
At Circus, responsible gaming has always been a priority. To embody this perspective of responsible gaming, Circus has developed ROBIN.
ROBIN is more than just a tool, it's a gaming companion, a source of advice and a guide to turn to when in doubt. It makes responsible gaming clear and accessible for everyone by suggesting personalized measures based on your activity, helping you maintain control over your gameplay. It can also answer your questions about responsible gaming or support if you need assistance.
ROBIN is the abbreviation for Risky Online Behavior Indicator.
Check your player profile
Would you like to know what kind of player you are? You can check your profile at any time with this online self-evaluation questionnaire (in French) offered by the Aide aux joueurs site.
Complete this test at regular intervals to understand your relationship with gaming. Depending on the result, we invite you to use the responsible tools available in your settings.
Set yourself limits
To avoid a problematic gaming addiction situation, Circus has put in place several tools to help you keep control.
Deposit limits
To keep your expenses in check, set a deposit limit per day, per week or per month in your account settings.
Stake limits
To make the joy of gaming last longer without hurting your budget, set yourself daily, weekly or monthly stake limits.
Loss limits
Do you worry you’re losing track of your winnings and spending? Set loss limits per day, week or month
Break and exclusion
Do you need a break? You can temporarily suspend your access to our gaming services for 1, 7 or 14 days or self-exclude for 6 months.
Responsible gaming, our priority
As a gaming site certified by the Belgian Gaming Commission, Circus guarantees a legal and secure gaming environment.
At Circus, above all we want the game to stay a game and to be entertainment. This is why we have made different tools and legal mechanisms available so you can set limits to keep control and play responsibly.
Circus is a member of BAGO (Belgian Association of Gaming Operators) and have signed a convention for ethical and responsible advertising and marketing. With this initiative, Circus commits to communicate responsibly, in a way that protects the player and doesn’t encourage problematic gaming behavior.
Responsible gaming support and help organizations
As well as the various tools put in place by Circus, other organizations offer support or help to prevent problematic gaming behaviors.
If you think you might be addicted to gaming and would like to talk about this problem, you can call SOS JEUX on 0800 35 777. This number is free and available 24/7. To get information about responsible gaming, you can also consult the Gaming Clinic site.
If you would like to block your access to casinos, gaming halls and online gaming websites, you can contact the Belgian Gaming Commission directly or submit a request for voluntary exclusion. If you would like to submit this request on behalf of someone else, please submit the third party exclusion form.
Please consult the Gaming Commission's official leaflet for all information relating to responsible gaming. Don't forget that the Gaming Commission protects all players.
