Frequently asked questions
You earn 1 card when wagering a total of €25 on any game (crash games excluded).
Your card will be awarded as soon as you have wagered €25.
The €25 requirement can be accumulated over several days and across multiple games. You do not need to stake €25 in a single session. For example, if you play €10 on one game one day and €15 on another game the next day, you will earn a card.
You can trade in your cards from 24 hours before kick-off until the first 45 minutes of the match.
Once the 45th minute has started, it will no longer be possible to trade in cards for that match. Additional time is not included.
The further the tournament progresses, the more Combo Cards you need to exchange.
- Group Stage -> 2 cards per country
- Round of 32 -> 3 cards per country
- Round of 16 -> 4 cards per country
- Quarter-finals through to the Final -> 5 cards per country

Any unused cards will be automatically converted into COINS, calculated as follows: 1 card = 1 COIN.

Yes, it is possible to receive the same card more than once.
A duplicate can allow you to swap cards for several matches of the same team. For example, during the group stage, Belgium play 3 matches. If you have 3 cards from Belgium that are the same, you can therefore use one for each of Belgium's matches.
