“Santa’s Sack Guess & Win” COMPETITION

These rules set out the special conditions and the practical details specific to the Competition “Santa’s Sack Guess & Win”. For all other matters, please refer to the General Competition Rules of the Company, which are attached and form an integral part hereof and are available at https://www.circus-casino.be/en/n/about-us/competition-rules.

Participation in this Competition constitutes full and unreserved acknowledgement and acceptance of these special rules and the General Competition Rules. No dispute will be accepted.

A.   Competition name: Santa’s Sack Guess & Win (hereinafter the “Competition”)

B.   Organizer: GAMBLING MANAGEMENT S.A., with its head office at 4000 Liège, Rue des Guillemins 129, CBE number 0859.984.677 (hereinafter the “Company”).

C.  Duration of the competition: From 12/12/2024 au 25/12/2024.

D.  Competition location: www.circus-casino.be

E.   Territorial limits: Belgian territories.

F.   Conditions for participation:

-         Must be 21 years of age or older to enter the Competition.

-         Registration and creation of a player account at www.circus-casino.be

G.  The running of the Competition

1.     The running of the Competition:

During the promotion period, the players can try to guess the exact value of the total selection of prizes visible on the page dedicated to the promotion.

Players will submit their answers using the questionnaire provided on the dedicated page.

The answers must be provided in euros, rounded to the nearest cent. The value of the prizes is determined based on the sale price defined by the official vendors in Belgium.

A promotion day starts at 00:01 and ends at 23:59. Each player is allowed one attempt per day to submit a response.

The Competition is accessible for free and only to people who are registered on www.circus-casino.be and who reside in Belgium.

Any incorrect or fraudulent entries will automatically invalidate a player's participation.       

2.     Determining a winner(s) and attributing prizes:

The seven players who give the closest answers will be the winners. They will have the opportunity to choose a prize from the selection available in the promotion.

In event of a tie, the player who provided their answer first during the promotion period will be declared the winner*.

A total of 7 participants will be designated as winners throughout the promotion.

Winners will be contacted via email within 72 hours after the end of the Competition. If they do not respond within 3 months, the prize will be forfeited.

The promotion prizes are only awarded to participants who have a Circus Casino account that is valid, authenticated (copy of the identity card sent and validated by Circus) and open before the closing date of the Competition.

Non-exchangeable reward.

*To be eligible for the reward, the player must be considered active on www.circus-casino.be. 

Active player: A player who has been active on the www.circus-casino.be platform for the last three months.

- Activity: Player who has earned at least 1 point in the last 7 days.

- Point: Unit measuring a player's activity. In online casino games, you receive 1 Point as soon as you bet :

• €10 on a dice game or slot machine during the same session
• €30 on roulette, videopoker or blackjack during the same session.

H.  Personal data protection

The participants' personal data communicated to the Company as part of the Competition is processed by the Company for marketing purposes (marketing related to offering new games and bets online, including sending text messages, telephone calls, paper or electronic newsletters).

The Company pays the utmost attention to the protection of personal data provided by the participants. By participating in this competition, the participants confirm to acknowledge having read and agreed to the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data defined in the Privacy Policy available here: https://www.circus-casino.be/en/n/about-us/privacy .

Participants are informed that their names and contact details will be processed according to the terms and conditions set forth in the aforementioned Privacy Policy. This data will be included in an address file that may be made available to third parties and/or that may be used internally or for commercial purposes (“direct marketing”).

Any participant can request a copy of the data concerning them and have it rectified. They may, at their request and free of charge, oppose the processing of data concerning them by the Company.

Any request regarding the processing or the protection of personal data and the exercise of any rights to such data should be sent to the following address: [email protected] and/or [email protected]. The interested party must attach to their deriving application the exact content of the right they wish to exercise, their contact details and address, and a legible copy of their identity card or passport.
